WORKING – Tara Sosrowardoyo & Yee I-Lann exhibitions

Whilst in Kuala Lumpur last week I went to two exhibitions with Joe Kidd (below) and his partner Yee I-Lann. The first was called WORKING, which was part of a book launch for Tara Sosrowardoyo at RogueArt. Australia has a lot to learn from Malaysian exhibitions. There was free food there! Now, I’m not talking cheese and crackers, or some light crap light that! I’m talking substantial food, like curry and rice, and beef ribs, and creme brulee!

We then piled into Yee’s truck and headed to her exhibition: Boogeyman. It was of amazing photo manipulations with huge stories behind them.
