Playlist: Susheela Raman Essentials Susheela Raman, she always takes you on a journey, a journey of stories and emotions, with her voice. In my lucky escapade at Tower Records KLCC, I discovered the album Music For Crocodiles, I knew that this was something different, and I got to have it. The first song I heard, What Silence Said, took me into another world, where all the dramatic tones of her music came to life. The emotions, the strong lyrics, her voice and the fusion of the Indian classic notes all made me stay. And I did stay, it’s still one of my most frequently played albums to date.
